Position: Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to all customers who visit our store
Assist customers in finding the perfect candle for their needs
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the store runs smoothly
Help with inventory management and restocking products
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for candles and gift shops
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Strong attention to detail
