We are currently hiring for the following position:

Job Title: Child Care Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing a safe and supportive environment for children
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime and activities
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding routines
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Assist with diaper changes and potty training
• Collaborate with lead teachers to implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Passion for working with young children and helping them learn and grow
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check clearance
