About the Role:
Stacey Fine Homes of Texas is seeking a talented and experienced Home Builder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in home construction and project management, with a passion for delivering top-tier results. As a Home Builder with Stacey Fine Homes of Texas, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the home building process, from planning and permitting to construction and final inspection.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines and budgets to meet client expectations
- Coordinate with vendors to source quality materials and finishes
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Home Builder or similar role
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices and techniques
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
