Stades Enterprise, LLC is currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Construction & Building Equipment Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the construction industry and eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Position: Construction & Building Equipment Sales Representative

Location: Multiple locations across the United States

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
• Generate sales leads and follow up on sales opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
• Stay up to date on industry trends and developments

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
• Knowledge of construction and building equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
