Job Title: Legal Counsel
Job Description
As a Legal Counsel at Stanley Frank & Rose, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to our clients. You will work closely with our team of attorneys to ensure that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively. Your primary duties will include:
- Advising clients on various legal issues
- Preparing legal documents and contracts
- Representing clients in court hearings and negotiations
- Conducting legal research and analysis
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Bar in the state where you will be practicing
- At least 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in the areas of civil litigation or corporate law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
