Beds & Bedroom Sets Sales Associate

As a Beds & Bedroom Sets Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect bedroom furniture for their needs. Your duties will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting customers with furniture selection
• Explaining product features and benefits
• Processing sales transactions
• Maintaining showroom appearance

Furniture Stores Customer Service Representative

Our Furniture Stores Customer Service Representatives play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Answering customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
• Resolving customer issues and concerns
• Processing returns and exchanges
• Assisting with showroom organization

Children’s Furniture Sales Consultant

If you have a passion for helping families create the perfect space for their little ones, this position is for you. As a Children’s Furniture Sales Consultant, you will:

• Assist customers in selecting children’s furniture and accessories
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs
• Coordinate with customers on special orders
• Ensure children’s showroom is appealing and well-organized

Qualifications

To be considered for a position with Star Furniture – North Houston, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience
