Job Description:

State Farm is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling State Farm insurance products, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential customers
• Follow up with leads and convert them into satisfied clients
• Maintain customer records and ensure accurate policy information
• Stay up-to-date on insurance products, industry trends, and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and targets

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance software
• Current insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
