We are currently looking to fill a position in our Mental Health Services Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Dr. Steinbauer and make a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health challenges.

Position: Mental Health Counselor

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with patients
• Develop treatment plans based on patients’ needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or a related field
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Arizona
• Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
