Job Description

As a Personal Injury Law Attorney at Steinberg Robert L, you will have the opportunity to represent clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the legal process, advocating on their behalf, and seeking the best possible outcomes for their cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare and file legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties
• Advocate for clients’ rights and interests

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar
• Prior experience in personal injury law
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
