Job Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the minds of young children. Some of the responsibilities of each position include:

Lead Teacher:

• Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
• Observing and assessing children’s development
• Communicating with parents about their child’s progress

Assistant Teacher:

• Supporting the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans
• Assisting with classroom management and activities
• Helping to create a safe and nurturing environment for children

Child Care Aide:

• Assisting teachers with daily activities and routines
• Supervising children during playtime and mealtimes
• Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the classroom

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and compassion for young children
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Early childhood education certification (preferred, but not required)
