Position Available: Landscape Designer & Consultant

We are looking for a creative and experienced Landscape Designer & Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients to bring their vision to life. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Creating detailed landscape designs using CAD software
• Preparing project estimates and proposals
• Overseeing the implementation of landscape designs
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for completed projects

Position Available: Landscape Contractor

We are seeking skilled Landscape Contractors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in all aspects of landscaping, including hardscaping, planting, irrigation, and lighting. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Executing landscape designs according to specifications
• Installing and maintaining hardscaping elements such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Selecting and planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Installing irrigation systems and outdoor lighting
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget

Position Available: Gardener

We are looking for dedicated Gardeners to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and landscaping, as well as a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Caring for plants, shrubs, and trees
• Performing regular maintenance tasks such as pruning, weeding, and watering
• Assisting with landscape installations and renovations
• Operating and maintaining gardening equipment
• Ensuring all outdoor spaces are kept clean and well-maintained

Qualifications

To be considered for a position at Sterling Design & Landscape Resources, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping techniques
