Sterling McCall Collision Center of Clear Lake is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automobile Body Repair Specialist to join our team. As a leading collision center in Clear Lake, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers and top-notch quality repairs on all types of vehicles. Job Responsibilities:

• Performing a variety of body repair tasks, including dent removal, scratch repair, and panel replacement.
• Repairing and replacing damaged body panels using the appropriate tools and techniques.
• Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and priming.
• Ensuring that all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Working closely with the estimating team to provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automobile body repair.
• Proficiency in using a variety of body repair tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• ASE certification is a plus.
