Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and specifications of a project.
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of various materials, such as wood, metal, and concrete.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other construction professionals to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure the project meets all expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home building or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
