Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and guidance on a variety of construction-related matters
• Represent the company in litigation matters, including court appearances, depositions, and negotiations
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support the company’s legal needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management
• Manage and oversee outside counsel as needed

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 5+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on construction litigation preferred
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
