Job Opportunity: Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Stockman, John D, DDS is a renowned dental practice located in the heart of the city. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our dynamic team.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, TMJ surgery, and corrective jaw surgery
• Evaluate patients’ dental and medical history to determine the most appropriate treatment plan
• Counsel patients on post-operative care and follow-up appointments
• Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Stay current with the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and professional development

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited residency program in oral and maxillofacial surgery
• Board certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery
• Valid state dental license and DEA registration
• Strong surgical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
