Job Title: Baker

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts following our recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all products are baked fresh daily and meet our high standards for taste and presentation
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning baking equipment and storage areas
• Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and products to keep our menu fresh and exciting
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to answer questions and provide recommendations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a bakery or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
