We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our Investments team as an Associate.

About the Role:

As an Associate at Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, you will play a key role in all aspects of the investment process, from deal sourcing and execution to asset management. You will work closely with senior members of the Investments team to analyze investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support the monitoring and optimization of our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in due diligence efforts, including market research, competitor analysis, and financial performance assessment.
• Support portfolio company management teams in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and identify opportunities for value creation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated interest in infrastructure and the broader capital markets.
