Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a Flooring Contractor or in a related field.
• Knowledge of hardwood floor restoration techniques, including sanding, staining, and refinishing.
• Ability to use and maintain various types of flooring equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
