Job Title: Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to corporations and partnerships
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings
- Assist clients in structuring business entities and transactions
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and courtroom proceedings
- Keep abreast of changes in corporate and partnership laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing corporate and partnership law
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Title: Criminal Law Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in criminal defense cases, including misdemeanors and felonies
- Conduct legal research and prepare defense strategies
- Negotiate with prosecutors for plea bargains or reduced charges
- Argue motions and defend clients in court trials
- Advise clients on legal rights, options, and potential outcomes
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in criminal law practice
- Demonstrated trial experience and success in defending clients
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
