Position: Guest Service Representative
As a Guest Service Representative at Studio Movie Grill, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all of our guests. Your main duties will include:
- Greeting guests as they arrive and assisting them with ticket purchases.
- Answering questions about movie showings, seating options, and menu items.
- Ensuring that all guests have a positive and memorable experience.
- Handling any guest concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assisting with clean-up and maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
