Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in labor and employment law matters
• Conduct research and analysis to support legal arguments
• Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, and litigation on behalf of clients
• Stay current on developments in labor and employment law

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 2+ years of experience in labor and employment law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
