As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their car purchasing needs, providing information on available vehicles, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or used vehicles
• Provide information on features, specifications, and pricing of vehicles
• Conduct test drives and answer any questions regarding the vehicles
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
• Coordinate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive products and services
• Driven, motivated, and goal-oriented
