Position: Store Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a background in the grocery industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store
• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization
• Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
• Provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Indian grocery products is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals

Position: Cashier

We are also looking for friendly and reliable Cashiers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide information about products and promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist with restocking shelves as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns
