Position: Child Care Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes learning and development
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Monitor and assess children’s progress and report on their development
• Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children
• First Aid and CPR certification
