We are currently seeking talented Labor & Employment Law Attorneys to join our growing team.

Position: Labor & Employment Law Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in labor and employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on a wide range of workplace-related issues.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Stay current on labor and employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
