We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Bartenders
- Bar Backs
- Servers
- Hosts/Hostesses
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Mixing and serving drinks according to recipes and customer requests
- Checking identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service
- Monitoring customer intake to prevent overconsumption
Bar Back Responsibilities:
- Assisting bartenders with stocking and replenishing bar inventory
- Ensuring the bar area is clean and well-maintained
- Collecting empty glasses and bottles from the bar top
- Supporting bartenders during busy periods
- Providing excellent customer service to guests
Server Responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and drinks to tables
- Providing attentive and personalized service to guests
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Cleaning and setting tables for the next guests
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
Host/Hostess Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests as they arrive and assisting with seating arrangements
- Managing reservations and walk-in customers
- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
- Ensuring a smooth flow of guests to maximize seating capacity
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
