Position: Contract Manufacturing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific requirements for gemstone products
- Develop production plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Oversee the manufacturing process, from sourcing raw materials to final product inspection
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and quality control, to meet client expectations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their orders and address any concerns
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Experience in contract manufacturing, preferably in the gemstone industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of gemstone processing and cutting techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
