Position: Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate at Super 8 by Wyndham Houston/Dtwn/I-610, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Checking guests in and out of the motel
• Handling guest inquiries and providing information about the motel and surrounding area
• Processing reservations and payments
• Ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
