• Front Desk Agent
• Housekeeper
• Guest Services Representative
• Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Front Desk Agent:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
• Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services and amenities
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Housekeeper:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department

Guest Services Representative:

• Assist guests with special requests and provide personalized service
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs throughout the hotel
• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ensure the safety and security of the property for guests and employees

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
