Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests upon arrival and providing excellent customer service
• Checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Answering phone calls and assisting with reservations
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues

Housekeeping Staff

Our Housekeeping Staff play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms for arrival
• Replacing linens, towels, and amenities as needed
• Ensuring common areas are clean and well-maintained
• Assisting with laundry and other housekeeping tasks

General Manager

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the hotel. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals
• Managing the budget and finances of the hotel
• Supervising and training staff members
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Maintenance Technician

Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for ensuring that our hotel facilities are well-maintained and in good working order. Responsibilities include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing plumbing issues
• Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and repairs
• Responding to guest requests for repairs and maintenance
• Assisting with maintenance projects and renovations as needed
