Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the transportation and delivery of goods
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient shipment of cargo
• Prepare and process documentation for import and export shipments
• Manage inventory levels and optimize storage space
• Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status
• Track and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
