Job Title: Water Damage Restoration Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency water damage restoration calls in a timely manner
• Assess the extent of water damage and develop a restoration plan
• Extract water from affected areas using specialized equipment
• Dry and dehumidify affected areas to prevent mold growth
• Clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure a safe environment
• Monitor the restoration process and provide updates to customers
• Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in water damage restoration preferred
• Certification in water damage restoration a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
