We are Hiring: Freight Forwarding Specialist

We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Freight Forwarding Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the freight forwarding process, including booking shipments, negotiating rates with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery
• Communicate with clients to understand their shipping needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
• Work closely with customs agents to ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate for international shipments
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients on the status of their goods
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process, such as delays or damaged goods
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the freight forwarding industry

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably in a similar role
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload
