We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team in the following position:

Sushi Chef

As a Sushi Chef at Sushi Sakura Express, you will be responsible for preparing sushi dishes to perfection. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that every plate that leaves the kitchen is a work of art. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about different types of fish, rice, and ingredients commonly used in sushi preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi dishes according to the menu and customer preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef is preferred
• Knowledge of traditional Japanese cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knife skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
