Position: Bakery Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in product quality
• Decorate and finish baked goods with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a bakery or similar food service environment preferred
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
