Job Title: Civil Litigation & Trial Law Attorney

Location: Houston, Texas

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

– Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
– Prepare legal documents such as lawsuits, appeals, contracts, and legal agreements.
– Conduct legal research and analysis of legal issues.
– Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
– Attend depositions and hearings.
– Provide legal advice to clients on civil litigation matters.

Qualifications:

– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
– Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
– 5+ years of experience in civil litigation and trial law.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
– Strong analytical and research skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Trial experience is preferred but not required.
