Job Title: Landscape Designer/Consultant

Job Description

At Swa Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Landscape Designer/Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence in landscape design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project managers and design teams to develop landscape design concepts, plans, and specifications
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project goals, vision, and requirements
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, analyze site potentials, and develop design solutions
• Create digital and hand-drawn sketches, renderings, and presentation materials to communicate design ideas effectively
• Collaborate with other design professionals, including architects, engineers, and planners, to integrate landscape design with the overall project
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and sustainability principles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape design and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
• Strong graphic and communication skills
• Knowledge of plant materials, construction techniques, and landscape maintenance practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
