Position: Recruitment Consultant

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles across our client base. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of both candidates and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct candidate searches using various platforms and tools
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Develop and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
