Job Title: Home Builder

Job Description:

As a Home Builder at Swe Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the home construction process, from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all construction projects meet quality and safety standards. You will work closely with our team of architects, designers, and engineers to bring our clients’ dream homes to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on site
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction
• Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
