We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in various roles within our Latin American restaurant, Spanish restaurant, and catering departments. If you are passionate about food, customer service, and cultural cuisine, we invite you to apply for the following positions:

Latin American Restaurant Positions:

• Chef de Partie – Responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Latin American dishes, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
• Server – Provide exceptional service to customers, take orders, and assist with menu recommendations.
• Line Cook – Assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

Spanish Restaurant Positions:

• Pastry Chef – Create and bake a variety of Spanish desserts, cakes, and pastries according to traditional recipes.
• Host/Hostess – Greet customers, manage reservations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Food Runner – Assist servers in delivering dishes to tables, ensuring timely service and accuracy.

Catering Positions:

• Catering Coordinator – Organize and oversee catering events, communicate with clients, and ensure successful execution of services.
• Bartender – Prepare and serve drinks at catered events, maintain a clean bar area, and provide excellent customer service.
• Event Server – Assist with setting up, serving, and cleaning up at catering events, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, reliable, and have a passion for food and customer service. The ideal candidates will also possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or catering environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Knowledge of Latin American and/or Spanish cuisine is a plus
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one
