Physician Opportunity in Proctology

Position: Physician – Proctology
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat diseases and conditions of the rectum, anus, and colon
- Perform surgical procedures related to proctology, such as hemorrhoidectomies and fistulotomies
- Evaluate patients’ medical histories and symptoms
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as colonoscopies and biopsies
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patients
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients undergoing proctological procedures
- Counsel patients on lifestyle modifications and preventive measures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Proctology or Surgery-General
- Valid medical license in the state of Illinois
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
