Synchronized Kneads is a leading health club and physical fitness center that is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their wellness goals. We offer a variety of services including personal training, group fitness classes, massage therapy, and more. Our team is made up of passionate individuals who are committed to providing exceptional care to our clients.

We are currently looking to fill the following position:

Position: Certified Personal Trainer

Location: Various locations across the city

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized exercise programs for clients
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions to help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Lead group fitness classes in a safe and effective manner
• Motivate and support clients to stay on track with their fitness routines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organization
• Prior experience working in a health club or fitness center
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
