Job Title: Collections Specialist

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry, specifically in collections. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for contacting customers who have outstanding balances and working with them to resolve payment issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection of payments
• Negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
• Communicate effectively with customers to build trust and rapport
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to collections

Qualifications

• Previous experience in collections within the financial services industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
