Job Title: Mechanical Contractor
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with other contractors and tradespeople to ensure project deadlines are met
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely solutions
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical contracting
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and related equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
