Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Line Cook in a similar establishment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong culinary skills and a good understanding of American cuisine
Excellent attention to detail

We are also looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team at T-Bone Tom’s. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our customers by serving drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Mix and serve drinks according to recipes and customer requests
Ensure that the bar area is clean and well-stocked at all times
Interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Process payment transactions accurately
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Bartender in a busy bar or restaurant
Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure

Barbecue Restaurant: Kitchen Manager

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a barbecue restaurant
