• Assisting clients with IRS audits and inquiries
• Keeping up-to-date with tax laws and regulations

Position: Bookkeeper

Our Bookkeepers play a vital role in helping our clients maintain accurate financial records and make informed business decisions. Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Recording day-to-day financial transactions
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts
• Generating financial reports for clients
• Assisting with payroll processing

Position: Tax Representative

As a Tax Representative at T I Tax Services, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with tax issues and concerns. Responsibilities for this role include:

• Communicating with clients to gather necessary tax documents
• Preparing and filing tax returns on behalf of clients
• Resolving client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in any of the positions mentioned above, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certification as a CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
