Position: Auto Insurance Sales Agent

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Auto Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping customers protect their vehicles and assets through personalized insurance plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads and actively seek out new clients
• Educate customers on different auto insurance options and tailor coverage plans to their specific needs
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate policy quotes and timely issuance of insurance policies
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on renewals and policy updates
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Licensed insurance agent (preferred but not required – we will provide training and support for licensing)
