We are Hiring for the Following Position:

Laundry Attendant

As a Laundry Attendant at T & T Washateria, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our coin-operated washers and dryers for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their laundry needs, ensuring machines are running smoothly, and maintaining a tidy environment throughout the facility. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and a focus on exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with operating coin-operated washers and dryers
• Monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently
• Clean and sanitize machines and laundry areas regularly
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry facility

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
