We are Hiring General Practice Attorneys

We are currently seeking talented and motivated General Practice Attorneys to join our dynamic team. As a General Practice Attorney at T W Proctor & Associates, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters and gain valuable experience in the field of law.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of general legal matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including contracts and agreements
• Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
