Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Tacos Del Julio, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with our recipes and quality standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and measuring spices
• Cook food items in various kitchen stations, including grilling, frying, and sautéing
• Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure orders are prepared accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Position: Server

We are also hiring Servers to join our front of house team at Tacos Del Julio. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Process payments and handle cash transactions

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a server in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of menu items and specials
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
